Reine is an urban and fishing port in the municipality of Moskenes in Lofoten , Norway . Reine, which is the municipality's administrative center, had 342 inhabitants in 2005. Reine is crossed by Europaväg E10 and has been a trading post since 1743.
The place is famous for its natural beauty and photos of the resort are used on the front page in some books and tourist brochures. In 2016-2019, a stone staircase was built up to Reinebringen (448 masl) which is considered to be the finest vantage point at Reine.
In Reine is Dagmar's Doll and Toy Museum, a toy museum with over 1,500 different dolls, teddy bears and the like.
