Drumfearn

Drumfearn (Scottish Gaelic: An Druim Fheàrna) is a small crofting township, lying at the head of the Sleat peninsula, at the head of Loch Eishort, on the isle of Skye in the Highalnds of Scotland and is in the Scottish council area of Highland. There are ten crofts in the township, some of which were occupied by people cleared from other parts of Skye: in the 1820s from the village of Kilbride, and in 1852 from the villages of Boraraig and Suishnish. The village is accessed from a B road, leading from the main A851 road.
